The overall experience was extremely disappointing. Although he is pleasant on a personal level, the quality of his work fell short of the fundamental standards expected in renovation projects, particularly in terms of project management, workmanship, and finishing. My main concerns are as follows:
1- Poor scheduling and lack of supervision: There was very little organization or control over the workers he hired. In some cases, he hired individuals without even knowing them or adequately assessing their suitability for the work.
2- Failure to meet deadlines: There was little regard for the agreed-upon timeline. A project that should have taken approximately 3–4 weeks ended up taking three months.
3-Incomplete work and additional payment requests: He left the work unfinished after requesting additional payment, claiming that certain tasks constituted extra work.
4-Lack of basic renovation knowledge and poor workmanship: He demonstrated insufficient understanding of fundamental renovation practices, and the quality of the finishing was poor and below acceptable standards.
5- Poor communication: Communication throughout the project was inadequate, making it difficult to coordinate the work, address concerns, and ensure that the project progressed as expected.
Overall, the experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend his services based on my experience.
